Orders and Shipping

Orders are processed after payment is received (not at the moment the order is placed). Processing typically requires 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you by email with the updated expected ship date.

For delivery estimates:

  • U.S. shipments: usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipments: transit times vary by destination and local customs procedures. Please see our Shipping page for country-specific details.


Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information may require additional time to update.

If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@revactalabs.com. Address changes can only be made while the order is still in processing. Once an order has been released to our shipping team, it can no longer be modified.

You can check your order status at any time in the “Orders” section of your account.

Please note: We are unable to refund or reship orders if an incorrect address was provided at checkout, as shipments are sent exactly to the address entered by the customer. If this situation occurs, we offer a one-time 20% discount on a future purchase as a courtesy.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and your spam/junk folder.

To view the status of your shipment, simply click the tracking link in the email.

Yes. Revacta Labs offers worldwide shipping, and all available destination countries will appear during checkout. If your country does not show up in the list, please contact our support team at info@revactalabs.com, and we will assist you with your order.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to local import laws, restrictions, duties, or additional fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their country’s regulations.

Depending on the items in your order, your shipment may arrive in one package or multiple packages. Certain products—such as different peptide formulations, PCT items, or other restricted categories—may need to ship separately. In those cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and packages may arrive at different times.

You can track all shipments by logging into your Revacta Labs account.

If you receive a package that appears incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@revactalabs.com and include a clear photo of the items you received. We will verify your order and confirm whether additional packages are still in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply a discount code after an order has been placed. Once a transaction is processed, our system does not allow us to modify the order total or adjust payments without generating additional charges.

Yes. If an item you want is currently out of stock, you may contact us through any of our support channels, including info@revactalabs.com. We can assist with placing a pre-order and provide the most accurate estimate for when the product will be restocked.

You can also enter your email directly on the product page of any sold-out item to receive an automatic notification the moment it becomes available again.

All SARMs, peptides, and other research chemicals offered by Revacta Labs are not approved by the FDA and are strictly not intended for human consumption. These materials are sold exclusively for laboratory, scientific, and research purposes.

Because of this, we cannot provide any information regarding dosage, usage, protocols, or administration. Offering such guidance would violate federal regulations, and Revacta Labs is committed to maintaining full legal compliance at all times.

For any research-related questions, please refer to appropriate scientific literature or professional laboratory protocols.

Returns, Refunds and Disputes

Revacta Labs accepts returns of unopened, sealed, and resale-eligible products (Research SARMs, PCT items, and MEPs only) within 7 business days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a return tracking number must be provided to ensure proper verification.

Once our warehouse receives the return and confirms that the items are in acceptable condition, we will begin processing your refund and keep you updated throughout the process.

Please note: A 15% restocking fee per product will be deducted from the refund amount.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at info@revactalabs.com and include the following:

  • A clear photo of the item(s) received, clearly showing the issue
  • A photo of the packaging, including the shipping label and tracking number
  • If your order arrived in multiple packages, please send separate photos for each package as needed


All order concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this timeframe, we may be unable to provide a resolution.

We strongly encourage reviewing all order details carefully before finalizing your purchase. You can also view your order information and status at any time in the Orders section of your Revacta Labs customer dashboard.

If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately at info@revactalabs.com. Adjustments can only be made while the order is still in processing. Once an order has been released for shipping, no modifications can be made.

If you wish to cancel an order that has a pending payment, you may do so directly in your account under the Orders tab.

For orders with confirmed payments, a cancellation request is treated as a refund request. Please refer to our Refunds section for full details.

When eligible, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. A $25 processing fee per transaction will be deducted from the refund amount, along with any applicable restocking fees for returned products.

Please note that certain charges are non-refundable, including:

  • Banking or payment-processor inconvenience fees
  • Shipping costs, if the order has already been dispatched

Chargebacks initiated through your credit card issuer are taken very seriously. To protect against fraud, any chargeback filed against Revacta Labs will result in the customer being placed on our no-sell list, restricting future purchases.
