Products may be returned under the following conditions:
- The return is requested within 7 business days of delivery.
- Products are unopened and in resellable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Refunds will be processed after inspection and verification of the returned items.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order:
- You must email revactalabs@hotmail.com before the order is shipped.
- Cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
- Once an order is endorsed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Product Quality Guarantee
If you test a product at an HPLC-certified lab and the results do not meet our stated purity:
- We will reimburse the HPLC test fee (up to $100).
- We will refund the entire order amount, including shipping.
Affiliate Program Terms
Participation in the Revacta Labs Affiliate Program is subject to the following rules:
- No use of our brand name “Revacta Labs” in SEO, PPC, or domain keywords.
- Discount code or coupon websites are not allowed.
- No self-referrals or placing your own orders to earn commission.
- Violation of these rules will result in termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of commissions.
- RevactaLabs.com reserves the right to modify terms or terminate accounts at any time.
